What’s included in the $2,500?
A complete two-hour private wedding: the venue, ceremony officiant, planning support and day-of coordination, seasonal décor and styling, setup and breakdown, a dessert spread (cutting cake, cupcakes and sweet treats), hosted beer and wine plus sodas and juices, 25 professionally edited photos delivered within 3 weeks, guest favors, and a keepsake for the couple.
How many guests can we bring?
The couple plus up to 15 guests.
How does payment work?
A $500 deposit locks in your date. The remaining $2,000 is collected in automatic monthly payments from the card you book with — you choose 2 to 6 months at checkout, running through March 2027. You can also pay in full at booking.
When do we choose our cake flavor and desserts?
After you book. You’ll pick your cake flavor, cupcakes, sweet treats and charcuterie board in the finishing-touches form — no need to decide now.
Can we customize the cake design?
The cutting cake is white by design; you choose the flavor after booking.
What are the ceremony time options?
Four two-hour experiences: First Light Vows (11:30 AM–1:30 PM), Afternoon Romance (2:00–4:00 PM), Golden Hour Promises (4:30–6:30 PM), and Evening Candlelight (7:00–9:00 PM).
Where is the wedding held?
A private venue in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Full address and arrival details come with your booking confirmation.
Is the deposit refundable?
The first $500 of your payment is a nonrefundable deposit that secures your date, as described in the Planning Agreement you sign at booking.
