Pop-Up Weddings: The Founding Edition

This Planning Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Event Partners LLC (“Event Partners,” “we”) and the couple named below (“you”). By typing your name at checkout, you electronically sign this Agreement. It carries the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

1. Your Event

  • Package: The Founding Edition — Pop-Up Wedding
  • Date: Saturday, May 29, 2027
  • Ceremony time: As selected at booking
  • Venue: Muellner Building in Hart Park, Wauwatosa, WI
  • Party size: The couple plus up to 15 guests

2. What’s Included

  • Two-hour pop-up wedding experience at the Muellner Building in Hart Park
  • Full planning and event-day coordination
  • Ceremony officiant
  • Seasonal décor, styling, setup, and breakdown
  • Luxury-styled dessert table with a cutting cake and coordinated mini desserts
  • Hosted beer and wine
  • Soda, juice, and nonalcoholic elixirs
  • 25 professionally edited photos, delivered within three weeks of your wedding
  • Guest favors
  • A keepsake for the couple

3. Payment

Total: $2,500 per couple (USD).

  • Deposit option: Pay a $500 nonrefundable deposit today to lock in your ceremony date. Your slot is held only once this payment clears. The remaining $2,000 balance is collected in automatic monthly installments from your card — you choose 2 to 6 months at checkout (fewer months are available when booking close to March 2027), with installments running through March 2027. We’ll email you reminders before each installment. If the balance isn’t paid in full by March 31, 2027, your booking is cancelled, your slot is released for resale, and the $500 deposit is not refunded.
  • Pay-in-full option: Pay $2,500 today. Nothing further is owed.
  • Payments run securely through Square (card or eCheck). Afterpay (4 interest-free payments) is available on pay-in-full bookings of $2,000 or less.
  • Checkout hold: your ceremony time is held for 30 minutes while you complete checkout. If checkout isn’t finished in time, the hold releases and you’ll need to start over.

Final payment: Your wedding date is fully confirmed only when your entire balance is paid in full. Your balance must be paid in full by March 31, 2027. If it is not, your booking is automatically cancelled, you will not have a wedding date with us, and your deposit is forfeited. No exceptions.

By choosing autopay, you authorize Event Partners LLC to automatically charge your card each month through March 2027 until your balance is paid in full. If a payment fails, you have 7 days to update your payment method or pay manually; otherwise your booking may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancel within 7 days of booking: 100% refund of everything paid, including the deposit.
  • The first $500 of your payment is nonrefundable. It reserves your ceremony time and planning work begins immediately.
  • Cancel on or before March 30, 2027 (60+ days before the event): we refund everything you paid above the $500 deposit.
  • Cancel March 31 – April 29, 2027 (30–59 days before): we refund 50% of the total amount you paid. For example, a couple who paid in full ($2,500) gets $1,250 back.
  • Cancel on or after April 30, 2027 (under 30 days): no refund — the full amount paid is nonrefundable.
  • To cancel, email booking@eventpartnersmke.com. Your cancellation date is the day we receive your email.
  • Refunds go out within 14 business days to your original payment method. (Afterpay bookings: the refund goes back through Afterpay, which adjusts your payment plan — it does not go to your card.)
  • If we cancel: if Event Partners cancels your event for any reason, you get a full refund of everything you paid, within 14 business days.

5. Date Changes

Your booking is for May 29, 2027 only. If we announce another Founding Edition date, you may transfer your booking once, free of charge, subject to availability — your payments move with you. If no other date is available, the cancellation schedule in §4 applies.

6. Venue Rules & Your Guests

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except the dessert table we provide through our bakery partners.
  • Beer and wine are served through the venue’s beverage service.
  • You are responsible for your guests. If anyone in your party damages the venue or its property, you cover the repair or replacement cost.

7. Food Allergies — Please Read

Our dessert table includes items from third-party vendors: a graze/charcuterie-style board from Graze Craze and cupcakes/cake from Aggie’s Bakery. These items may contain common allergens, which can include, for example, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame.

  • Tell us in advance: you must disclose any food allergies in your party when you complete your finishing-touches form (and no later than 30 days before the event).
  • We cannot promise allergen-free. Graze Craze and Aggie’s are independent businesses preparing food in their own kitchens. Event Partners cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergens or free of cross-contact with allergens.
  • Your responsibility: if anyone in your party has a food allergy, you are responsible for informing them what’s being served and for deciding what they eat.
  • Risk acknowledgment: by booking, you accept the risk of allergic reactions connected to food served at your event and agree not to hold Event Partners LLC liable for them.

8. Liability

Our total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid us. We’re not liable for delays or issues caused by weather, venue emergencies, or other events beyond our reasonable control — if the event can’t happen for such reasons, you receive a full refund of everything paid.

9. Photos & Privacy

Your 25 edited photos are yours to keep, print, and share. We’d love to feature your celebration in our portfolio, website, and social media — if you’d rather we didn’t, email booking@eventpartnersmke.com any time up to 30 days before your event and we’ll keep your photos private. We never sell your personal information.

10. Electronic Signature

By typing your full name in the signature field at checkout, you sign this Agreement and our Privacy Policy and agree to do business electronically. We store your signature with a timestamp and IP address as our record.

11. General

This Agreement and your booking confirmation are the complete deal between us. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. This Agreement is governed by Wisconsin law, and any dispute will be handled in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
